For Sale £3,300 Troy
16.1hh Irish Gelding
10yrs
Imported from Ireland in 2015 where he has hunted.
He is fab at XC (very bold and willing)
Enjoys SJ. Never stops-currently doing a course of 80cm
He has taken part in pony camp games, clinics and local competitions where he was great fun.
Fabulous to hack. Never spooky or silly. Doesn’t buck, rear or bolt. Hacks alone or in company and is great in open spaces.
Good to shoe, catch, clip and has impeccable ground manners.
Up to date with vaccinations, worming, dentist and physio.
Troy is a fabulous stamp of his breed, he is very loving and a true gent.
Troy prefers a confident yet sympathetic rider, therefore isn’t suitable for a novice rider. Has been ridden recently by a 15 year old and was a gem.
He does not like travelling in a trailer-i’m not sure why, however is super in a lorry and travels on his own or in company and gets on and off without issue.
He doesn’t like mounting from height ie mounting blocks – however I use some mounting steps and he is fine with this and stands quietly to mount.
This is a genuine sad sale-he is a lovely chap and is so honest, I really do hope I can find him the loving home he deserves-hence my honest advert. He would make someone a lovely pal to have endless fun on.
Open to vet
I am happy to discuss him in more detail via telephone to applicants and we have fabulous facilities for trials
